Tried it numerous times over the years but never got into it properly, usually not managing to train continuously for more than 2 months at most, which never got me anywhere. Then finally learnt one vital piece of information- eat-A LOT! Hadn't realised before what a lot meant but once I got started and saw the resulting gains I got addicted!
Why I Love It:
Makes you look good a and feel brilliant, and gives a great focus in life. Helps me break away from the constant call of alcohol in this country.
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking my weight regularly (breaks my heart if it drops unexpectedly though!)
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 10 kg muscle in first 3 months, followed by another 2 in next 2 months, using no steroids, only universal m-stack, creatine, bcaas, sometimes tribulus and a high protein diet

Hey bro, how did the DecaVol worked for you, I started it today and next week amma do the Hormone regulation kit by AMS for about 6 weeks and then the 6 weeks of AromX ... What do you think??
