WHY I LOVE IT:

I am not transforming as fast as I would like, but after taking today's measurements and feeling how loose my pants are getting.  This is definitely a motivation when youcan tell there is a difference happening.

Day 9 What should I eat after a workout.

Working out has been great.  I struggle with my eating off and on.  What is the best thing to eat after a workout.  Should I just stick with my protien shake or is their something better.

I used today as a core and cardio day.  I worked the abs and back and then did 30 min of cardio.  I felt really good.  If anyone checks my blog, can they tell me how to change my motivation.  I've tried dragging the arrow and it doesn't move and I feel way more motivated than a 5.

chutchison71 My weight dropped a little from the last weigh in, this is a little misleading, but more exciting for me was I saw in some areas up to 1.5 inches down. Jan 11, 2012 5:48am

chutchison71 This was suppose to be a rest day, but I still feel like I worked out to some extent, doing laundry and climbing up and down the ladder cleaning the plant shelf and tops of cupboards. Jun 24, 2011 11:37pm
