tasnana I know that it seems like the fat is slowly melting, but remember your putting on muscle so at this point ignore the scale. Take measurements and take account how your clothes fit is the best way to evaluate your progress. Squats and dead lifts are my favorite for the tush. Hanging leg raises and a ab roller has hit my abs the most. Sep 15, 2012 9:06pm
