I want to get down to 250 pounds by football season.
Goal (Long):
I would like to get down to 220 pounds by football season. I am so tired of feeling cramped and uncomfortable in my seat. I started dieting and working out 3 weeks ago (Feb 2nd 09'). I have lost 20 pounds already and have shrunk an entire shirt size. However, I dislocated my ankle on Feb 8th and I'm still really hurting from it. I have cut my calories down even more since I can't do any cardio and started working on my arms and doing sit-ups. I just want to be healthy and be around as long as possible for my wife and daughter.
