to behonest I would say shoot for 12-15 with the heaviest weight you can stand. for instance i do deads and i do 225 for thirty 315 for 20, 405 for 15 then 495 for 8-10.It works for mefeelit out listen to your body.

YOu always need time to fill in when you are tall but you have to get your feet wet so you know what to expect when on stage. I placed 2 in the poen heavy. I was hapopy with that now bulkking up to 250 or so.so when I go tto the Olympia i am kind of big.Maybe score some sponsorship.

What up Trey I am at work but, I will giv e u some information. I put down the cheese steaks and soda and picked up a gallon of water a day and ab out 250-300 grams protien Three shakes a day and the rest food carbs gotta stay at atleast 200 to keep energy up and all the veggies I can eat. Super high intensity at the gym and that's all. hope this helps no secrets over this way. but if you have any I will listen. Peace and blessing hope this helps
