I used to always want to do it but never got the bug. Started to do Pushups saw some results and the addiction started LOL
Why I Love It:
IT is waht i love because it gives me peace and as long as my day starts at the gym it will never go wrong
How I Stay Motivated:
Results results and more results and its apart of what I do if i dont do it i feel sick and want to scream.
BB Accomplishments:
My abs, arms and back. I started at 180 skinny basketball player now people call me diesel lol its pretty cool to see how far I have come.

Goal (Long):
Okay so I use to be very skinny a few years back about 178. I am currently 260 hope to bulk up to 280 :). My current goal is to catch Big konrete pardon the spelling. O the kicker is I am on no gear never played football I accually ran X country and played bascketball. But guess I have good genetics. Sorry for the rambling so much to do and say, so little time.Peace and blessings

Hello guys,

               Well i am finally back in the gym after being in the hospital for cellulitis and an  infection ran fevers for 103 the last 8 days.I was released from the hospital on the first, I went in on thanksgiving. I accually lost 15lbs while in the hospital....

Hey man, you look asum. I was wondering ? ppls always say that 6-10 reps or 8-12 reps is the best - but i thogut about tryng the 12-15 reps for a few monts, i heard it should be good. and later keep mixing reps ? so do the 12-15 work well for mass 2 ? or are ppsl talking ****. and yea i know that its difference for meach person. but many says the 12-15 is endurance and not mass

Thanks, Frank. I do hope we meet on stage someday. Thanks for the feedback. It's like Ronnie says, "Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but no one don't wanna lift no heavy ass weight!" I've learned a lot this year and I'm putting it into play this off season = lots of added muscle and thickness to bring to the stage next year! Best Regards - Aaron
