Goal (Long):
Okay so I use to be very skinny a few years back about 178. I am currently 247 hope to bulk up to 260 :). My current goal is to catch Big konrete pardon the spelling. O the kicker is I am on no gear never played football I accually ran X country and played bascketball. But guess I have good genetics. Sorry for the rambling so much to do and say, so little time.

hey chumb, saw you were on stage recently. howd you do?? i was thinking bout competeing myself but had doubts cuz im 6'3" and thought i needed more time to fill out more. but seeing our measurements are pretty close im giving it a second thought.
Sup Frank, I finally have the weight I desire. 242lbs. Now, I plan to lean up. Any suggestions. I am taking Lipo6x-I cut out white sugar, salt and flour. I have increased my protein to 300grams, BCAA, and Lglutamine. 3x a week I am doing Interval at 15incline and speed at 4.7 for 30to 45minutes. I lift Monday-Thursday. Any suggestions?

Did you throw down as much junk as you could when you were relatively thin or eat rather sparingly? You're one of those dudes with a monster metabolism aren't you ... bastard.
How do you keep track of your diet nowadays? Or do you take the artistic approach?
