Background

When I Started: May 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I used to always want to do it but never got the bug. Started to do Pushups saw some results and the addiction started LOL

WHY I LOVE IT:

IT is waht i love because it gives me peace and as long as my day starts at the gym it will never go wrong

Hello guys,                Well i am finally back in the gym after being in the hospital for cellulitis and an  infection ran fevers for 103 the last 8 days.I was released from the hospital on the first, I went in on thanksgiving. I accually lost 15lbs while in the hospital. I will get that back and more. i have my hunger back. i was on iv antibiotics for all 5 days. I am better now and back in the gym first day yesterday. I am blessed time for some chinese food lol peace and blessings and have a great nighht bb.co...
