How I Started:
I really started working out and body shaping in 2004 after attending Jen Hendershott's PHAT Camp (getphatwithjen.com). I heard about it by reading Oxygen Magazine. Then, in June 2008, I decided to take it more seriously to really reach my goals, and did so, by joining GETPHATONLINE.COM
Why I Love It:
I love the way I look and feel! I love being strong and fit!
How I Stay Motivated:
By loving how I look, and knowing that this is what it takes to feel that way! Also, Jen's PHAT Camps (I go at least once/year and try and get my friends too) and GETPHATONLINE.COM team really keeps me motivated, but I also just love working out. The PHAT Camps are so motivational and inspiring. I'm a new person everytime I attend. It's so much more than working out. And having a guide from GETPHATONLINE.COM keeps me on track!
BB Accomplishments:
My Major Body Building Accomplishments is that I was able to go from 34% body fat to 17% in ~4 months - Thanks to the support of GETPHATONLINE.COM!!

I think I am making progress.  I have until the end of the month.  Is that enough time??  I hope so....  I am doing alot of flex arm hang and then, lowering myself down slowly.  I like the extra wide bentover rows too.  Feels great!!  I can get about 3 flex arm hang with negative in. ...
