Dec 30, 2009
chud50changed Overall Goal: "I am trying to lose fat and gain lean muscle. I'd like to get shredded, and be at a healthy body weight.."
Here is a basic overview of my routines. I try to do 12-20 Reps for each exercise.
Day 1 Chest
--Workout 1 After Work 5pm--
CARDIO: 30 min. treadmill. 3.6mph 4-8 incline, or running at 6.8mph 0 incline in 5 min. intervals
STRENGTH:
- 3-4 Sets Chest Press, either selectorized or Hammer Strength....
Awesome progress! Very motivational!
I am trying to lose some weight and get leaner as well. I was just wondering what is your reasoning for your 2nd workouts? I would not mind adding in another session of cardio later in the day.
What a great role model and example you are. From where you were to where you are now shows tremendous determination and strength of spirit. You are a wonderful inspiration to so many others. You are proof that at first so many of your dreams seem impossible, then they just seem improbable, and then, through your hard work, they soon become inevitable.
Bro seeing your pics is very inspirational! I am a very muscular build but im also holding a ****load of body fat at the moment. I currently weigh in at about 300 pnds wich is definately too much! I am making progress but it sure seems slow.. My goal is to be at about 230 with around 10-15% bodyfat. Seeing your pics definately gives me hope!
