Turned 46 and dropped a few pounds. Let me know how you think I'm doing.
Goal (Long):
Down to around 13% BF. Feel a lot better about my appearance. My main goal is to drop down to about 10% BF and see how I look. I also want to gain more size on my shoulders and arms. Just takes time and max effort, I keep telling myself.
Not sure why, but part of what I wrote got screwed up. So here's the second part:
There's these two guys at my gym, younger guys in their early to mid twenties, that are sort of an inspiration to me. Good guys and always willing to share some info. You can see Mike's bodyspace under...
Wow.Power stack you got there.
Hmm..bout BCAAs.I heard it helps with recovery a lot . I tried it once and I notice I get to hit the gym hard almost 5 days a week with high intensity.
Yes,overtraining.l ol
not so good man i cant get any where i been training seriosuly for 3 years, putting in the effort, eatting clean and eatting enough cals a day, as well training consistantly, changing up when needed and no changes in growth or size or nothing. its pathetic!
Yeah, i was the same way....nervous, yet excited. Its such an accomplishment when you get on stage though, something many do not attempt. I am not sure about the body fat requirements for a bodybuilder. Have you checked out the articles on bodybuilding.com or t-nation.com? They should have some good info for you and on getting the body fat low enough :)
Oh yeah, i'm totally focused on eating enough so i can build the necessary mass to be up against competitors at Nationals if i go with that, if not i will be doing the TN Expo show in September with my sister (lilprincesa1) who now has the bug to compete...lol.
