You will need to keep your protein really high but keep fat really low and carbs moderate that way you dont gain weight. Only carbs I would eat would be brown rice and oatmeal and sweet potatoes. Lift heavy 6-8 reps.Supplement with LOTS of glutamine to help with soreness and recovery.

Im more of a believer that muscles are built in the kitchen not in the gym. Nutrition plays the biggest part in bodybuilding, and what you eat is going to be more important than how you lift. But if you are wrestling and need to keep your weight down that might be kinda tricky...

You look pretty lean, but at your age and weight I would start eating like a horse and try to put on as much muscle as you can. Right now at your age your test levels are through the roof, take advantage of that and start eating and lifting like a madman. Good luck!

No offense bro but by medical standards you are obese. Getting bigger should be the last thing on your mind. I once too was obese as a younster I got lean and will never let myself get above 14%bf. You should cut up and then worry about getting bigger. Just some advice from someone who has been there before.

I see your a youngster, look good for your age. If I could go back to your age again I would be all over the nutritional part of bodybuilding. I cannot stress how important nutrition is for maximum growth. Stick with it and you'll do great. Just keep learning!

Depends, I really dont want to get back on stage until I have atleast 10 more lbs on my frame 15 would be even better but that is going to take a little while. There are a bunch or spring shows that I would like to do but I think I would be better off and waiting till the end of summer/early fall I think aug23 is a show date I might do. What about you?
