Played hs football like most and got hooked on lifting, I didnt get into bodybuilding and nutrition till a few years later
Why I Love It:
I love being able to look how ever I want, If I want to be big and huge I can do it. If I want to be cut and shredded I can do that too. It is a test of one's character. Plus chicks dig it=)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I was a fat kid growing up and I never want to go back to that!
BB Accomplishments:
Recently won first place in my first bodybuilding show
Gain 10-15 lbs of LEAN mass and get ready for my next show!
Goal (Long):
EAT EAT EAT, and lift as hard and heavy as possible. I want as much sheer size as I can hold. I want to stay fairly lean but that will be hard with my body type and metabolism. I would like to do my next show at the end of the summer or beginning of the fall.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%
