How I Started: been a big guy all my life now im in love with the gym i look forward going to the gym everyday i also got in to Vinn Kempo jujitsu and i am now in bjj. So that pushes me to be active everyday.
Why I Love It: it makes me feel better look better and is a big boost on the confidence
How I Stay Motivated: looking at results and its nice to hear how good your doing from other people

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?

I just dropped by to wish you continued success. My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We feel that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program.
