How I Started:
i use to run track and i was good at it and i was in great shape i ran my mile under five minutes and i had a athletic body i move to south Carolina and once i got out of school i stared to work . It only took a couple of months of bad eating and lack of exercise to get fat i hated the way i looked and i made a new years resolution of getting the body i always wanted and never tough i could get so i join the gym
Why I Love It:
i first started to go with the mentality of getting the body i always wanted but it was the wrong once. It was easy to say ill go tomorrow or next day but i stop for 3 weeks and then i missed it and i started to go again but this time i did it because i loved it because i love the pump and waking up sore i was looking at it the wrong way now i do it because i love to and as far as the muscles i want that will come eventually
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing other peoples progress as well as mines is a big motivation for me. if he can do it so can i, and if i made this much progress i know i can do better.when i go to the bathroom i smile because i see some once different than the once that stood there a couple months ago and it makes me do better and it feels great to be in shape so more reason to do it and stay motivated
BB Accomplishments:
recently iam at a point where i cant believe how far i come and at the same time how much i still got to work on but the body i always thought was impossible to get isn't so impossible now so i motivated myself by looking at others progress and if they can do it i can do it too

a diff angle my traps
this is me again and my belly , what happened to the baby..?? yeah i didn't have that when i ran track and i surely couldn't run a mile under five minutes like i use too
my traps got better but still need to put more work

heres one thing i whis i new first when i join the gym the importance of a proper diet all i knew was there was alot of equipment and i wanted a great body , so for about a couple week  i was lost and no one to tell me so i did alot or reaserch to a crazy amount  and then i learn alitle...
