When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
It was a combination of things. I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and I want to reduce the risk of getting full-blown diabetes. I also saw a picture of myself in a bikini and decided it was time.
Why I Love It:
I don't enjoy the working out itself because it hurts and it makes me all sweaty, but I love the thought that one day I may have the body I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that my health is on the line is enough of a motivation for me.
I would like to lose some weight and tone up everything.
Goal (Long):
I only started working out a month ago but I have lost 10 lbs through diet since last March. I want to tone everything on my body including my arms, chest, abs, butt, legs and back. I want to reduce my body fat percentage because I am very unhappy with the fat on my belly. I would also like to reduce my blood sugar to normal levels.
Hello and Welcome to the forum. Makeing a change for your health is a great/smart thing to do. We only have 1 body so we need to take care of it. Give it some time add the pain well be the last thing on your mind, all you well worry about is the improvements you see in the mirror, and how good you feel know you did it. So hang in there it well be worth it in the end.
Be Safe,Train Hard and good luck with your goals.
