My goal is to get down to my high school football weight of 240 pounds. Im currently 395, i started on the 1st of july at 408 so ive made progress already albeit mostly water weight. I want to be able to get healthier and hope to get my diabetes under control. Well its been quite a while since i was on here my goal came and went and i failed to achieve it. Yes I said I cant blame anyone but me. No one stopped me from getting to the gym no one talked me outta doing my cardio. Only I am to blame. However I am back...... I have managed to...
I goto the gym with a basic training idea in mind (ie back, chest, legs) but my exercises sets and reps vary with the way i feel. Mostly I end up doing more than my original plan i just go on instinct. Ive tried the strick by the book write down everything and it doesnt work for me I go by...
You lost 12lbs in your 1st week! That is AWESOME! You do realize that is about 3% of your starting weight! Every 4lbs = 1%.
Keep it up & keep me posted on your progress!
Awesome! Inches of course show the world you're working hard! I just now that I get too focused on the number on the scale so I try to measure progress in other ways too. I don't take my measurements again until the 24th so hopefully I'll also have lost some inches! Well, keep it up!
Good! But have you done a body fat % test? Because even if the scale doesn't change you might be building muscle and losing fat and that's a good thing!!
