Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
I just have to take my medication. If I don't it prevents me from getting to work out.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
We all eat healthy. I am more aware of what I eat. Even my children who are 2 and 4 say "Thats not healthy".

Ok....so I just did 5 miles on the treadmill and I feel great.  However, I am sure I am going to be sore...its been a little while since I ran.....I am ready to get back in the swing of things.....FEELING LIKE ROCKY!!!
