sarahserna17 Thank you! I started off with a standard split routine, did legs/glutes twice per week, and still maintain that. Each week I simply aim to stay on my plan with both workouts and meals, if I do that I will see positive results, and I think that those are realistic and attainable goals :) Nov 6, 2012 12:00pm
