My longterm goal is to put on 25 pounds of muscle.
Goal (Long):
All my life I've been slender ie. "skinny." I guess I've got good genes from my mom's side to thank for that. I've always been very athletic and quick and stay in good shape. I play a lot of sports and am usually naturally good at them, like basketball, softball, golf, tennis, etc. But I'd like to be stronger and quicker at sports. I hope to be eventually be around 175-180. I'm working out 4 days a week now doing split routines trying to put on a little muscle every month. After that I'll see what I want to do next.

So I've entered the MuscleTech transformation contest. It's given me good motivation to lift heavy and eat tons. I really hope I see a significant change at the end...
That progress is whats up bro. You started out with what looks like real low bf%, but you can def see increased muscle mass. That's for sure. Good work.
You don't look 30. Good luck with the contest. I'm suspecting that there are a bunch of muscles that you didn't flex in your before pictures. You already look pretty slim for a 30 year old. That's when most guys start putting on the ponch.
