Allways been doing sports on / off and beause of that I'v been jumping in weight (alot) but most of my late school years I was the chubby kid..
Then one day I just got enough and wanted to change that, started to run and do martials art, but it was first after the army that I really learned how important the diet is..

Why I Love It:
Hmm there is so many things I could say, but one of the main things is that I just love to workout, it's that simple, I love to push my self and I do it, every time I hit the gym, I hit it hard!
Allways go all the way, push your self, dont give a f*** if the others in the gym are looking and thinking stuff, course they are the fat, slobby, unfit ones and you know that you can owne them all!
How I Stay Motivated:
I check up on people in here, check there photos, check my "role models" photos over and over again and then I do it course I love it..
BB Accomplishments:
Gettin where I'm now and keeping moving forward and to be good enough to help out others..
