How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I do 3, 6 and then 10 reps for most exercises. Starting with 3 reps means that your first exercise acts a decent measurement of your single rep strength. Ran 3.1 miles (5km) today with a research colleague in 25 minutes. It was supposed to be an easy run, but I got some light cramps which is strange. Maybe the 11.2km run on the 8th really tuckered me out.
What's up dude, got to lower that bf%..It's all within cardio and diet..hit some of these ab routines too..broomstick twists, oblique twists and oblique side bends as well as your usual ab routine.
