I keep my weight-training ambition low so that way I never burn out. I've been training regularly for seven years now so it seems to be working.
BB Accomplishments:
Last month I reached 280 lbs for a single-rep bench press. This is my current record. Hooray!

Ran 3.1 miles (5km) today with a research colleague in 25 minutes. It was supposed to be an easy run, but I got some light cramps which is strange. Maybe the 11.2km run on the 8th really tuckered me out.

What's up dude, got to lower that bf%..It's all within cardio and diet..hit some of these ab routines too..broomstick twists, oblique twists and oblique side bends as well as your usual ab routine.
