thanks...I hit them every other day...as crazy as this sounds I noticed this biggest difference when I started to treat my abs like muscles...I usually do 4 or 5 different exercises...4 sets with 8 to 12 reps...everything weighted...

I have worked out on and off for years but was never consistent with working out or my diet. I have been consistent with both since about the end of January. Now I am addicted to it and can't wait for my next workout. How many years did you lift before you competed?

I take Syntha-6 post workout and it works for me. If you need some energy for your workout I would take something like Superpump 250 or Xtend.

Lean protein every 2-3 hours and no carbs after lunch until you hit ur target weight. For the carbs u do eat stick to oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoes. It's boring but it does the job.
