Slowly making progress

Background
I consider myself fairly athletic and active but really hadn't taken my health and fitness seriously in a long time. I travel internationally a lot. On one one of my trips I decided to make use of the hotel workout facilities and got into a comfortable routine. It helped that the facilities were downstairs so I didn't have to drive anywhere. Just had to roll out of bed and put on some gym clothes. I was able to maintain the momentum when I returned home.
