ive started to lean out some now and thats what im focusing on. i gained a lot of mass in the past few months. this was my first take at a bulk/cut. so im still learning but so far so good. problem is i LOVE TO EAT. LOL.
Hey man thanks for compliment. The best advice I think I can give is that it is a simple formula of burning more calories than you are taking in week after week. Once there is a defecit you'll keep losing the bodyfat. I would eat 3 healthy meals a day with 2 small healthy snacks. Weight train a minimum of 4 times a week and do at least 3 interval training cardio sessions per week. Don't starve yourself but eat enough to give you the energy to train. Good luck man.
