Why I Love It:
I LOVE WATCHING MY BODY TRANSFORM AND THE PUMP I GET FROM LIFTING WEIGHTS FEELS GOOD and am ready for change. i love the dicipline and challenges it throws at me and it occupies my time ... i am driven by pure determination . im on a mission .
How I Stay Motivated:
I PLAN EVERYDAY ACCORDINGLY.. I KNOW WHAT IM DOING FOR A WORKOUT B4 I STEP N2 THE GYM.. I LOOK AT FFMAGAZINES WITH RIPPED PEOPLE IN THEM AND STUDY NUTRITION DAILY

WHOLE BODY TANSFORMATION...PLANNING WORKOUTS AND STICKING TO THEM..DICIPLINE AND SELF MANAGEMENT..KNOWING YOURSELF AND BEING STRONG...NOT LETTING ANYBODY OR ANYTHING STOP ME..
i want to remain strong and lean the rest of my life and keep takn it to the next level...im an avid mountainbiker and snowboarder but i have even pushed those to the side at the moment in order to reach my ULTIMATE goals.... i workout 6 days a week and follow alot of useful advice on this website as well as monicabrant.com...im ready to transform..my diet has gotten to an extreme level finally and im good w it cuz im seeing results i wanna c.. i will post pics soon.
I do vary my whey..I always use whey isolate. Right niow with dieting for the show, I stick to very low carb/low fat versions and whey isolate really shouldnt have anything in it but the protein anyway. Im lovin the muscle gauge ones..ice cream sandwich is awesome. Universals iso whey flavors r good too, but limited in variety of flavors.
haha I do need to put new pictures up. Well the fact that guys take this or that usually doesn't make a difference to me. I take stuff that is meant for guys. I just don't know about these specific products..
I actually odnt do carb depletion. i do for about 3 days with less water then i carb LOAD for about 4 days. Gets the musles full, without carbs in carb depletion, you will look flat....i dont like that look so then i carb up before comp....hows everything else? hows the training?
