Sticking to my plan is hard. I workout 3 or 4 days, then miss weeks. I can't seem to find my motivation or discipline.

I have lost 11 lbs. doing cardio only. I am adding light weights, 3 days a week, starting this week, June 21st.

I hired a personal trainer. We will meet one day per week. Let's see how this works!
