My goal is to compete in my first figure competion in April 2009 without passing out from nervousness.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have an attractive body but was always too skinny. Now that I have been Power Lifting I have put on some muscle and at 43 I feel pretty good about my body. I still have a lot to improve on. I would like to place in my first figure competition in April 2009. I am an elite powerlifter and my goals for 2009 in powerlifting is to deadlift 450 pounds, bench 200 and squat 375 in the 132 pound weight class. I have alot of hard work ahead of me.

Well I have decided to compete in the NPC Steel World Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness Championship on May 30, 2009 instead of the April 4, 2009 Competition. So I have a little more time to prepare. I received my suit and it is beautiful and fits perfect. I am so excited.
Christina, what incredible accomplishments! You should really be proud of yourself ... Which figure show are you going to do? I just might run into you this year, as I will try to throw my old body out on stage a few times. Keep it up !! Pat
hello beautiful girl, thanks for add me, i hope we can be good friends!! keep in touch, please, have a great time there, nice to meet you, i am carlos from brazil!!!
yeah, I'm big on tuna, chicken, bison, pork tenderloins, flank steak. the only dairy I get is 0%milk at night when I take casein protein and a small activia yogurt everyday that helps to keep me regular, haha. I'm big on protein, atleast 2 shakes a day, can't seem to shed the excess fat, but I'm going to bust my ass on the teadmill and on my bike and see what happens.
you're able to squat 335lbs?!?!?!?
F****!!! (my mouth is even gettin worse...)
you outlift me by so much it's almost
ridiculous. I wouldn't be able to squat 200 once, I'm pretty sure!!
i'm pretty strong on the leg press though: 550lbs for 14 reps, maybe i got you there...
