I want to slim down and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
I would like to lose 45 to 50 lbs and gain musle. I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I have been up and down since I was a kid. I have always wanted to have a fit body and to look GREAT!!! I have been working out for over a year and I'm very excited about the changes that I have made. When I was younger I struggled with a low self esteem issue and it has followed me into adulthood. I want it to be gone for good. I have made great strides in this area and I'm excited to see what is ahead of me. I know I'm a beautiful person and I want that to show on the outside as well. I want to be able to encourage other people to acheive their dreams and goals in life no matter what they are and to do this I have to acheive my own. I want to be proud of how I look and be healthy. I would like to lower my bodyfat from 33% (WOW- How did I let myself get here?)to 19% and lower over the next few months. I know I can do this.
