Since graduating college, I've gained about 20lbs., all caused by a lack of activity. While over one summer break, I worked out 2x a day, 5 days a week...cardio in the mornings and weight training in the afternoons. In 90 days, my body was INCREDIBLE!
I actually don't mind being a bit thicker (I LOVE MY CURVES!!). But over time and one child later, my body has moved too far in a negative direction for me. I would like to reduce my LDL cholesterol to below 100 (at 139 as of Oct. 2008, probably higher now). I want a healthier lifestyle that results in a more muscular, toned physique.
Love the physique...especially the pics of the legs. Its hard to believe that with time and dedication that you can actually look like that! Great results!
I feel like I've been through a mental war. Diet changes, medical supplements, and a biopsy. I need some help regaining focus and pushing my body to be as healthy as I can be. Hopefully the biopsy results will be negative. Any help is appreciated!
Christie, check out info on chelation therapy(its for lead poisoning)it removes free radicals from your system.(its aternative medicine) You can also go to a vitamin shoppe to get info on cancer fighting supplements. High doses of "C" and shark cartledge may also come in handy. cancer cells come from free radicals cells so do "super antioxidents",drink green tea everyday, eat clean, whole foods. Hope this info helps you. Darrell
thanks :) just keep eating right and working out, that's all anyone can do.. the longer you are consistent, the better shape you'll be in as time goes on.
