ive always had a fascanation with bodybuilding my dad owned a gym when i was young and i used to go to the gym after school with my mates but didnt take it seriously because of football however i stopped playing football and got into training weights again
Why I Love It:
I am competative within myself and i just want to be as good as i can be bodybuilding to me is a good way of achieving something for myself
How I Stay Motivated:
its hard when you dont see results fast enough i just keep thinking one day i will get to where i want to be because i will never stop trying
Oh, and ANOTHER tip is to divide your work up into three themes: the theme of diet (how much can you learn about what the body does with food?), the theme of training (what work will cause the body to respond in the way you want), and the theme of integration (how do guys incorporate all their knowledge and still have a "life"; how do they make bodybuilding work FOR THEM, instead of working FOR bodybuilding?). Bodybuilding is a complex, interwoven system, so treat it as such from the outset.
Tips, huh? Well the FIRST tip is to KEEP DOING what you did with me: more specifically ASK ASK ASK. Lots of people will not have all the time in the world, but don;t let that slow you -- JUST KEEP ASKING! Make a commitment to not stop asking questions of the guys whose physiques you admire for at least a few years. MAKE INQUIRY your commitment and you will go far. You will not always get ALL the info, but you will get it faster than by not asking!
