How I Stay Motivated:
It's so hard for me to stay motivated, I am naturally a lazy person. I just trained myself to ignore the lazy voice inside my head. Sometimes I fail, but I wont let it stop me.
BB Accomplishments:
Haha! So far its been just losing some of the fat off of my waist. The last time I had a six pack was after basic training 7 years ago. Also, my arms have become way more leaned out, which I LOVE.
I have never been overweight, but since having two children, my body has gotten a little flabby. I have lost my muscle definition and I have this annoying belly roll that needs to go! I would love to have a muscular but feminine hot bod with a six pack!

Hey im here with some helpful tips for when u guys return to the gym, related to body compisition, I ll set u guys up so u can track muscle gains LBM and fat mass, so u can curb ure programs in the right direction.
