I was injured playing football in 9th grade and had to work on upperbody only getting my torso and arms in great shape.
Why I Love It:
Because it is all about me. I love the feeling you get from the pump and knowing that I am improving my physique. I also like the fact that I will live a longer, and healthier life with a higher quality.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends and family help a lot. I also have a great motivator in Larry Wood (40+) who is one of the most accomplished bodybulders around. Don't tell him but, I mostly think if that old guy can do then so can I. Lol.
BB Accomplishments:
none worthy of mention....yet

What christhecop Is Up To:
Oct 7, 2009
christhecopchanged Weight from 305 lbs. to 317 lbs., a 12 lb. gain in 170 days
christhecopis inspired by oldsuperman. Reason: "Because he is exactly where I want to be in my life and with my physique. He didn't/hasn't let age, work, or anything else stand in his way ... "
To transform my body from FAT to FIT!!! "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Goal (Long):
My main goal is to be healthy. I want to live a high quality life with great health. I want to look like I compete, but I'm not sure yet that I can or want to compete. Don't get me wrong, I love the sport very much. I want to be thick and lean with an amazing set of abs. I so want to look good when I take my shirt off. I will be in awesome shape by this spring and summer! My ultimate goal would be to hover around 10 percent bodyfat and about 290 to 300. That sounds like a lot but when your 6'7" thats doable.
Because he is exactly where I want to be in my life and with my physique. He didn't/hasn't let age, work, or anything else stand in his way of achieving his goals. I hear so many people with so many excuses and even when a doctor or a friend warns them they still don't care. I love to see people attaing their goals.
Having been a life-long bodybuilding fan, I have found myself defending our awesome sport more than once. Last Saturday I found that I was in a disagreement with family. I was actualy quite upset to hear my future father-in-law tell me that all bodybuilders were cocky, vain, self-centered,...
thank you. what an awesome compliment...i'm very flattered :) i think i must be going for the title of 'jane of all trades' because i'm looking into policing, lol. good luck with all your goals.
Hey! Thanks! I've been kicking my butt in the gym. It'd be so much nicer if I could sleep an extra two hours though. Sucks getting up at 5am every morning...
How is everything?! Coming to the Europa?!
Hey Chris! How's it going?! Everything here is good. My weight is anywhere from 169-173. Hopefully I'll hit 180 by January and cut down to 160 for my 2nd competition. Growth has been insane though! So you're doing your first comp huh? That's sweet! You're looking freaking huge by the way! How's everything?
Hey man! Thanks! The competition was a lot of fun. I can't wait to do another one next year. Takes a lot out of you, but it sure feels good to know that you accomplished something like that. Now I just have to gain at least 12lbs of mass. No easy feat, but I'm going to work my butt off and feed my face! lol
Thank you, Chris :) Good luck with your goals; it's not as impossible as it may seem sometimes! Just stick at it man, and keep remembering that yeah, it IS for you, like you said! I believe that that will help motivate you!
