Workout Program:
I think I’m going to start doing some serious abs and cardio
But usually its

Day 1: Chest / Triceps

Day 2: Back / Biceps

Day 3: Shoulders / traps

Day 4: Chest / Triceps

Day 5: Back / Biceps

Day 6: Shoulders / traps

Day 7: Rest day, and then I do it all over again, and again and again at least for an hour and a half.

100% max effort every rep or go home!!!!
