  • a tip that works to lose fat is not going hungry and eating every 2 or 3 hours. the important thing is WHAT WILL EAT.

Claytonyious I'd say one of the most important things in dieting is planning ahead. Don't wait to find something to eat when your already hungry, have a set daily and even weekly meal plan until you've developed good eating habits. Also get rid of unhealthy snack food, and switch to good ol fashion veggies! Dec 11, 2012 1:18pm
