Ms_Tee40nfab Think of it as a party or a dance. Everyone having fun at their own pace, some people have more rhythm and can move faster and go harder others have to take frequent breaks or go slower. Just keep a towel and water bottle handy and try to stay near the outside or back of the room instead of in the middle of the crowd. That's how I started of because of a knee injury and my mom's age :) Feb 9, 2011 7:33am

Ms_Tee40nfab I saw your question on how to make cardio as fun as lifting...try a good high energy Zumba class. I loved it and even got my 62 year old mom (who is a gospel minister) to join the class too...SHE LOVED IT!!!! Feb 9, 2011 12:09am

I have been making drastic changes in my lifestyle for the past three weeks, and have already seen massive changes just based on the getting rid of soda, fast food and alcohol.
