How I Started:
I joined the Air Froce and it has kind of forced me to stay fit. Thoguh I have never really been out of shape I would like to really get big now. Getting Cut is a goal of mine!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, not only do I have more energy now with eatting less sweets, but I look better and have a healter body! Live longer!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I get a good work out in. Or when I look at pictures of where I have come from. Also when women make comments about it!

When I was in Turkey, Just starting After Back Problem
This was the start of the goal..i was about 215 in this picture
This is after I had two bulging disk, couldnt do anything for over 3 months it hurt so bad. Now back in the gym and looking to get back to 198.
