What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
high protein every day, some days I carbo load other days i go low to stay half lean at least. Fruit veggies, meat ya know.. same ole stuff

yeah i do need to cut down a bit, and cardio is something i do get alot of, i just need to get my diet strait again.
