The one negative is you lose weight during the training phase and then gain it back very quickly in the recovery phase. I have lost about 4 pounds in the first 6 days of this cycle.

It is defintely not an easy workout to do because you get quite sore in the last few days of the training phase. But it is very effective. I have put on about 15 pounds since March with different versions of High Frequency Training. It is effective because the muscles are always guessing.

Thanks for the blog comment! I do almost the same workout everyday for 10 days and then take 5 days off to recover. It is called High Frequency Training because you train the whole body everyday and more advanced programs are twice a day.

When looking for a PT job you need to find your niche. Look at what you have done in the last few years and see what keeps popping up. For example, if you played lots of soccer you would emphasize in your interview you want to work with soccer players and similar sports.

The reason I asked about college football is I could help you create an appropriate workout.
