on and off, not too structured hope too get more serious from January onwards.
Why I Love It:
i love too Zone out when working out. apart from weight lifting i also enjoy running.
How I Stay Motivated:
read books about famous BB's (arnie, franco columbo, steve reeves)my mate motivates me also, seeing him progress makes me wont to do the same.
BB Accomplishments:
my only acomplishement so far is tht i do more exericise than i used too but still have a long way too go.

i want to get to a gud size about the size of sylvester stalone in rocky III, while doing this i want too learn boxing, and improve my fitness. at the moment im recovering from christmas and its time too change my diet drasticly an stick too it, i go running and also work out at the gym.i love to run in all conditions.
