How I Started:
First of all, i love pushing myself to the limit. I could care less if the weight im liftin falls on my chest and noone sees it, i see it, and it gets to me to push harder and harder. I noticed how much i loved lifting in weight class.
Why I Love It:
Out doing yourself, doing something your mind has told yourself over and over you couldnt probably ever do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Body Builders, results. I wanna be the best. 2nd is first loser.
BB Accomplishments:
The way i transformed physique. My strength is unbelievable compared to when i started.

My goal is too put on mass, while trying keeping my abs somewhat in shape. ive been doing segments. One month, put on weight. Next month, build muscle/ cut up. every time i go more than a month of putting on weight, when i go to cut up, i feel im so out of shape and its unbelievably hard to rip up, month by month is best to me.
