My goal is to be the best I can be.. to hit the iron consistently and balance every aspect of my life around achieving the highest level of health and fitness possible.
Goal (Long):
I've been working out for about ten years now.. Since I was a little toddler, I have always been very skinny and much smaller than other people in general. Since starting to lift weights in 1999, I've put on a decent amount of muscle and strength, but I'm still not where I want to be. I realize that because of my genetic make up, getting huge just isn't going to happen, at least not anytime soon.. but I don't think that getting to about 155 lbs. in weight and being able to bench 225 lbs. isn't out of the question. I am very dedicated and I work out consistently.. I just have to try increase my diet intake and tweak my work out programs for optimum efficiency.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%

So today, I woke up with a great deal of energy which motivated me to get crazy on my cardio workout this morning.. i don't know if it's because of the GREAT 8 hours of sleep I had, or the solid 4 course breakfast that I ate.. but whatever it was, something got into me this morning and I...
good to hear man just dont overtrain em bitches, but that meal sounded solid. Just get seven more of those in a day and youll keep seeing gains. **** man i gotta take a week off, with shcool, gym and work i stressed myself out, had a terrible work out wanted to fall asleep during a set of flyes!
To this day, I don't know if my eyes were playing tricks on me or what, but the digital scale read 150.2 pounds when I weight myself at the gym... This is the first time I have EVER weight over 150 pounds. So, either my new diet and training routine are working, or i'm just really constipated.. hopefully its the former.. we'll see if over time i'm able to maintain this weight and even go upin weight
