How I Started:
woke up one morning and decided i was sick of bein skinny ,found some old weights in the cellar and decided to do something about it :)(haha start it off wi a bit of cheese lol )
nearly a year later im addicted to it
Why I Love It:
cause its awesome lol
love wakin up soer as f**k
love lifting new weights and love the feelin you get when you lift
*you start to forget what real chocolate tastes like coz you drink so many shakes
*none of your clothes fit you like they should (they are either too long in the body or 2 tight in the arms
*You try to work out the weight of everything you pick up
*every time someone asks you to lift something they cant its seen as a challenge
*the first thing you do in the morning is check for doms

I would recommended any one try it! The lifts have gone through the roof. This is my second cycle and I still like it. The only problem is the way that it is set up the last 3-4 weeks workouts take longer than I like. Let me know if you need any more info.
