You always show yourself well in the muscle pics. A healthy glow from body building that doesn't hide the human form under layers of mass, just natural, but improved to its full potential of attractiveness. Best, Jim
I stopped by to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have the body that so many men want but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
You are proof that you cannot dream yourself into the body you want: you must hammer and forge it yourself, rep by rep.
Yep just started back on the old heavy as hell training. Weigh jumped up 20lbs in 6 weeks. I just have to be smart about pushing it if something doesnt feel right. I was 208 in that pick @ about 4%. Looked good, felt like a truck ran over me!
I did the garden state and the grand prix this pass summer. Yeah sucks bro the golds classic was a great show im going to watch next shows coming up though. Congrats on your win at the AC.
