Intensity is the key!
Always fun to lift heavy but very important to mix things up with respect to weight and reps. Just focus on keeping the intensity the same. Also I enjoy trying new exercises and/or variations of older ones. Gotta keep those muscles confused. I always listen to my body and go with what ever gives me the best muscle contraction and results.
