When I Started:
Aug, 2006
How I Started:
I was very overweight for the majority of my life. At the age of about 15 I decided that I needed to drastically change my lifestyle. Despite some small relapses into an unhealthy diet I have never looked back and have felt great ever since.
Why I Love It:
Setting goals for myself and really seeing results is possibly the most rewarding thing in this world.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping goal oriented is a must for me. If I lose sight of my goals I tend to relax on the choices I make every day. Knowing that I will look great and feel even better is motivation enough for me
BB Accomplishments:
Taking my weight from a whopping 242lbs all the way down to 178lbs(9/7/07).

Hey man. Thanks for stopping by. I see where you say you need to stay goal oriented. Thats all of us man. I think the key to that is setting realistic short term goals. If you start out with just a main goal with no short term goals you will wind up giving up. Set a main goal, but realize it takes short term goals to get you to that main goal. I wish you success man.
