How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was 13 trying emulate the professional wrestlers physiques I saw on T.V. Football training encouraged me to lift in high school. I began seriously competing in powerlifting (bench press only) in my early twenties. After and injury I started more bodybuilding oriented workouts. I have done 2 natural shows so far.

Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body change. The body is a temple that should be maintained and improved. Working out is the ultimate high, whether for a sport or fitness.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by surrounding myself with fitness oriented positive people. I want to get into fitness modeling, that pushes me to fine tune my physique. Rock Climbing, Mountain Climbing, Mountain Biking are motivation to improve my overall strength,cardio,function and musclemass. Seeing other athletes improve in the gym motivates me as well.
BB Accomplishments:
I won First Place at the NGA night of Champions in 6/2008, Lightweight division (Novice). I won 3rd place in the NGA show in VA on 11/2007.

I am also transfering to I.C.E, I hope I don't have to attend the academy again.

I have been following a brand new advanced program to add 3-5 pounds of muscle. I am noticing my joints feel a thousand times better and I am always pumped. I am almost 2 weeks into the program. By mid-August I will have added 2-3 lbs of solid muscle.
You've certainly done a very impressive job on building that bod through all that lifting and other sports. Solid muscle and definition throughout. Congrats on all the championships so far and continued success with all your goals. Andre
