How I Started: I started in High School while training for Cross Country and Track.
Why I Love It: I love the results that come from the hard work.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to look good naked :-) (I love that Kevin Spacey quote in "American Beauty" when the trainers ask his goal) Actually I do want to be proud of my body, so his quote is accurate!
BB Accomplishments: I did complete my first marathon in December 2005. I needed to train all body parts in addition to my running workouts.

Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): I want to improve my speed while running and doing races. To this end I need to keep building muscle and lose fat
Goal (Long): Revised June 26, 2007: 1. Lose 12 lbs of FAT by 9/1/07 2. Do a 5K race in late August with avg 7:15/ mile 3. Continue upper and lower body lifting. 4. Decrease running distances, but increase speed. 5. Maintain a clean diet!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
45 seconds for most - I feel I'm recovered by that time and I don't want to waste any time.

For Squats - 90 seconds This is the 1 exercise that really takes a lot out of me. I need that time to catch...more

my max bb squat at end of may was 325. now I trian until first week of sept. and test a agian. let's say i do 340, that's an increase of 15 lbs. I'll be taking pledges until then, and then the oney goes to charity.

How is the running coming along? Any suggestions for someone who absolutely sucks at it? I don't plan to run long distances, more sprints and short distances even though my main goal is strength. I want an overall fitness.

I am a week into my Keto Diet and doing fab so far, as I have lost 4 lbs as a result and 9 pounds with combined changes I have made since Sep. Keto has made the biggest and best difference for me. Yeah< i dunno about the changes. I know they "sat" it is less potent and used only for bronchitis, however- The ingredient and dosage is the same as it was yuears ago. At least it is in Florida and I buy it at the gas station. I think they are just trying to play more mind games. I dont listen to crap like that anymore. Read the label. Ya know?

Hi CB! I was checkin in on you and noticed you have a ephedra journal now but my browser is running slow so I couldnt open it. Do you take ephedra?
