I started in High School while training for Cross Country and Track.
Why I Love It:
I love the results that come from the hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look good - running and lifting will help there.
I want to know how to fight properly in case it is needed. Learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu will accomplish that goal
BB Accomplishments:
I did complete my first marathon in December 2005.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
45 seconds for most - I feel I'm recovered by that time and I don't want to waste any time.
For Squats - 90 seconds This is the 1 exercise that really takes a lot out of me. I need that time to catch my breath.45 seconds for most - I feel I'm recovered by that time and I don't want to waste any time.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The person that wants everyone to "look at them". I hate showoffs!

Gosh I wish I was in my twenties again with the knowledge that I have now. That is awesome time! I am sure the upcoming 8K will go even smoother! Enjoy your training and please make sure to post your race pics after the event. Take care!
What was your time? I have done a few 5K's and only two 10K's and I struggled. I enjoy running on the treadmill for HIIT sessions...its a great stress reliever. I am sure participating in these races helps your motivation level.
hey, are you using one of those electric scales to measure body fat? there is no way I am believing 26%. get a caliper or go to a gym to get a measure. you look more lie a 15-18 bf% (especially runners rarely get that high)
