Overall Goal: I want to start every game for my rugby clubs 1st XV, I want to get stronger in the gym using Wendler's 5/3/1 and i would like to lose a few % of BF. Simple really.

2006 started hitting the bench, squat and dead
2007 spent a lot of the year with rugby injuries, spent the last two months crossfitting and loving it
