When I Started: Oct, 2006
How I Started: I decided that I was out of shape and needed to change my body. Lifting weights was fun and I could see the results almost immediatly.
Why I Love It: Because you don't need anybody else to workout with you. Most other sports, except golf, require somebody else to particiapate.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking in the mirror and seeing what others have accomplished.
BB Accomplishments: To get in better shape and add about 20 pounds of muscle.

No, only 10.5 flexed, a little over 9 non-flexed. I'm really small framed and short, so still not bad. I bet when they're pumped after a workout they'd be bigger though...I'll have to test that theory :p.
