Short term My goal is to lose enough bodyfat to see my muscles. Be able to do unassisted pull ups.
Goal (Long):
Vanity wise I want to see abs and detailed cuts. Realistically any slimmed down look that doesn't scare people at the beach. Strength wise I would like to be able to bench twice my wieght, whatever that might be when I slim down I'm guessing a goal wieght of 220. Finally more importantly I would like to be a superior role model for my young kids, to eat right, train right, I don't want them to ever let there bodies fall apart as I have.
Changed my routine last week. I still use wieghts 3 days a week but now its supersets of 5 or 6 compounded moves non-stop to get my heart rate through the roof. I'll do this for at least 5 more weeks to see how the bodyfat responds.
Chris keep up the good work and positivity. If you need help w anything hit me up..I change regimens almost every two months, I got some ideas that will help ya
